The apartment was new and clean; we loved it. Our staff were efficient and mostly pleasant, like the waiters and cleaners. Nothing too much trouble, didn't feel like leaving.

It is in a lovely poolside area of Puerto del Carmen, right by old town and bars and restaurants in the town. You should try their buffet breakfast, its amazing!

Basic, spotless accommodation near a port. Had excellent stay and received wake up calls for free, a nice bonus. The view was amazing and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The buffet breakfast they prepared was marvellous with plenty of choice. The area was good, loved its central location.

I really enjoyed this place, it was inclusive. The staff were eager to help - well mannered people. Impeccable service in general. Nice sleep on the extra comfy bed. I had an absolutely amazing stay, with a more than nice hot breakfast.

Exclusive accommodation with REALLY BREATHTAKING views and tremendous staff. There were reasonably priced restaurants within short walking distance of the apartment. Easy check-in. Wifi was available, decent service. There was a good pool.

The apartment was good home base for sightseeing in Puerto del Carmen, loved it. Best of all, it was 5 minutes to the city centre. They serve breakfast for 6 EUR per person, if you need it. Maid was a delight to work with. Terrace was great place to relax.

La taberna de nino, situated right by the venue was certainly an experience to remember. Excellent place for visiting Lidl in the vicinity. We had can’t complain about anything and we would absolutely stay here again...
